A STRENGTHENING UPPER LEVEL RIDGE WILL BRING WARM CONDITIONS INTO THE WEEKEND. SOUTHERLY FLOW MAY PRODUCE ENOUGH MOISTURE FOR ANOTHER CHANCE OF LATE AFTERNOON AND EVENING THUNDERSTORMS TODAY OVER THE OREGON CASCADES.

Fishing Boats in Key West. Winslow Homer. I grew up with a print of this watercolor hanging in the hall in Macon, Ga. Story goes that my step-grandfather sailed Lizzie (?) as the mail boat between Miami and Key West.....early depression......before the bridges were built.

Today....perhaps delete the wood stove in order to move the cabin table forward...creating a more friendly space. Hate to lose the wood stove but the diesel cookstove should warm up nicely enough. Then more non-skid.

Gotta get in the water.
