A WEAK FRONT WILL APPROACH THE WATERS LATE TUE NIGHT AND WED...WITH A SHARP SURFACE RIDGE EXTENDING INTO THE NORTH WASHINGTON COAST. THIS GIVES LIGHT NORTHERLY WINDS IN THE NRN WATERS...AND NEAR SMALL CRAFT WINDS NEAR SHORE IN THE SOUTH ON TUE AFTERNOON AND EVENING. WEAK FRONT SHOULD MOVE INTO WATERS ON WED FOR SOUTHERLY WINDS ALL WATERS. EXPECT SEAS TO REMAIN BELOW SCA LEVELS NEXT FEW DAYS THEN BUILD TO NEAR SMALL CRAFT HEIGHTS THURSDAY.
